One of the most influential icons in cinema helped spark my fascination with technology. And this past Father’s Day, my three teens gifted it to me: DeLorean Time Machine.
I’d wanted this Lego set since it debuted. Now I’m at seven out of eleven bags through building it. The fun and excitement of this super sci-fi car is already coming together well, so I’m sharing some build-progress photos before completion.

Some of the instruments are printed bricks; some are stickers. The detail level, to me, truly pleases fans of both Lego and Back to the Future. And if you haven’t seen the movie, now is the time.
